Application Requirements

Everything you need to have ready before you apply with NextHome Unlimited — so your application moves through screening quickly and without surprises.

Before you apply, please review the requirements below. Having everything ready up front is the fastest path to approval.

Who Must Apply

Each person 18 years or older must complete a separate application.

Application Process

Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. We review applications in the order they're received — the first completed application that meets our screening criteria is approved for the home, even if others applied around the same time. An application isn't considered submitted (and doesn't hold your place in line) until everything is in: every adult applicant, all required documents, and the application fee. If an approved application falls through, we move on to the next qualified applicant in order.

Income Requirement

Combined gross income of all applicants must be at least 3× the monthly rent.

All income & employment documentation must be original, unaltered, and independently verifiable.

Application Fee

$50 per applicant Non-refundable

Required Documents

  • Valid photo ID
  • 3 months of recent pay stubs
  • 3 months of recent bank statements
Screenshots, edited files, redacted, or modified documents will not be accepted.

Rental History

  • Minimum of 3 years of residential history
  • Contact info for rental references
